Tacis is a global innovation and transformation leader who has managed a £148m P&L, led 1,200 people across 73 countries, and delivered major growth programmes in energy, mobility, technology and smart cities.
He has held senior roles at Kearney, Siemens and TNS PLC, creating £48m+ of smart energy, EV and digital infrastructure projects, commercialising advanced analytics, and scaling multiple tech ventures across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Today, he brings this experience to M3MAS helping clients design, secure funding for, and deliver Net Zero and smart city projects that cut emissions, unlock investment and create measurable impact.
